1. Ticket Reservations & Payment

Q: How many tickets can one person purchase?

A: To ensure a fair opportunity for all fans, the Early Bird sale is limited to a maximum of 4 tickets per account. However, for the General Sale, the purchase limit will be removed, allowing you to book as many tickets as you wish.

Q: Am I restricted to local Vietnamese payment methods?

A: International fans may use major credit cards such as VISA & Mastercard for purchasing. For local Vietnamese fans, you may use various payment methods such as bank transfers, e-wallets, debit cards and credit cards.

Q: Can I transfer or resell my purchased tickets on-site?

A: Ticket transfers are strictly prohibited to prevent resales. Please note that you may be required to present a photo ID for identity verification upon entry.

Q: What is the difference between an ‘All Day Pass’ and a ‘One Day Pass’?

A: The All Day Pass allows the holder to participate in all programs between May 8th to May 10th. This also includes VIP merchandise and priority access to the player fan signing event. A One Day Pass is only valid for the corresponding schedule of the chosen date.

Q: Can I watch TEMPEST’s performance with an LCK Day Pass?

A: LCK Day Pass is strictly meant for viewing the official esports matches on Day 1 & Day 3. To watch TEMPEST’s performance on May 9th (Day 2), you must purchase a Fan Festa Pass or an All Day Pass.

Q: Are children allowed to enter?

A: This event is meant for ages 12 and up. Please be aware that children under the age of 12 may be restricted from entering the venue even if accompanied by a legal guardian. Please consider all notices before making any purchase.

Q. Is outside food allowed inside the venue (VEC)?

A: For a pleasant event experience, outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. You may enjoy a variety of food and drinks at the F&B zone within the venue.
