[FGC]Street Fighter 6 At CEO 2025

17 Jun 2025

LeShar emerged as the winner of the Street Fighter 6 tournament at CEO 2025, continuing his incredible form following his recent victory at Combo Breaker 2025, where he defeated Itabashi Zangief to qualify for Capcom Cup XII.

At CEO, LeShar faced off against fellow Korean player NL in the grand final. After NL forced a bracket reset, LeShar prevailed in a tight 3–2 set. This victory makes LeShar the first player to win back-to-back Capcom Pro Tour events in Street Fighter 6.

The Korean master has had a stellar year so far—he finished third at Capcom Cup, made top 8 at EVO Japan, and has now added wins at both Combo Breaker and CEO to his resume.

Heading into CEO, LeShar was seen as one of the favorites, and his performance over the course of the competition was exemplary. In the Top 8, he defeated Zhen, then dominated NL in the winners final, and once again in the grand final. The Grand Final was incredible with LeShar having to switch from Mai to Ed, and finally got the job done with Terry Bogard who was buffed in the recent patch.

Since LeShar had already qualified for Capcom Cup XII, his win at CEO meant that NL, as the runner-up, secured qualification.

NL himself was in impressive form throughout the tournament, defeating multiple top players—including Punk twice, before ultimately falling to LeShar in the final.

Punk secured third place, while Zhen finished fourth.

Sharing fifth place were the impressive Ryukichi and Chilean prodigy Craime. Ryukichi was the highest-placing Japanese player at CEO and continues to impress in Street Fighter 6.

However, the breakout star of the Top 8 was undoubtedly Craime, who, at only 14 years old, is already considered one of the best players in the world. His match against Daigo was particularly notable due to the massive age gap between the two competitors. Craime also took down top-tier players, including Phenom, Hikaru, and Xian.

In Top 8, he eliminated fellow South American player NotPedro before eventually falling to Zhen.

As for Esports World Cup qualification, there were two spots available at CEO, which were claimed by Zhen and Craime since all players who placed from first to sixth had already qualified.

On the global leaderboard, the six players currently qualified for Capcom Cup are Ryukichi, Itabashi Zangief, EndingWalker, Kobayan, Dual Kevin, and Punk.

Next on the Capcom Pro Tour is Blink Respawn, scheduled to take place from July 18 to 20, 2025.
